 Meditation for Parents

This two hour workshop includes a discussion on intuitive parenting skills followed by a guided meditation to cultivate a deeper parent-child bond.  The result is an increase in personal intuitive parenting skills that can be used in daily interaction with your children.

The most universally experienced benefit reported by those who practice meditation is a calming of the mind, a sense of well-being and unity of mind and body.

  New visitors to Mountain Waves Healing Arts are asked to arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete some introductory forms.

Keelyn Riley is a Psychotherapist specializing in mind-body balance for the past 12 years.  She has been teaching yoga since 1998 and has incorporated both practices into teaching peaceful, yet powerful guided imagery to both groups and individuals.
