Your therapist may incorporate modalities such as Swedish massage, neuromuscular re-education, myotherapy, sports/deep tissue techniques, Cranial/Sacral therapies, hydrotherapy and aromatherapy for your session.

The Hydrotherapy Tub is a single person jetted tub, filled exclusively for your session, in a private room. The water and solitude help you emotionally decompress from the stress of the day. The heat and circulation of the water also begin to loosen tight muscles before the start of your treatment. The combined effect is a level of relaxation that makes your body treatment more enjoyable and effective.
This is a 1/2 hour add-on to a primary massage or bodywork session.
