in past years i have benefitted from yoga classes each summer when i visited Flagstaff. this is the first time i scheduled a massage w. Paul K.and i feel certain i will do that as a matter of habit in succeeding summers. i enjoyed the mini-interview pre-massage, especially appreciated the scented oil used during the massage and the blissful state i was in post-massage

Paul is a true healer. Moreover, he just gets better and better! Yesterday I had a routine session with him, only to discover how powerful myofascial release can be. My body was somewhat beaten up after running an ultramarathon five days prior; however, by the end of the session, I felt “normal” again (agile, even spry!). Simply amazing. I cannot say enough great things about Paul’s competence and commitment to integrating new modalities/approaches. Thank you Mountain Waves Healing Arts, for being here in Flagstaff. You are an incredible asset to our community.

Those of us who have the pleasure of living in Northern Arizona have access to yet another tremendous resource with Mountain Waves Healing Arts. Paul Kulpinski and his colleagues have tremendous skills in helping people to realize the life they choose for themselves. Paul is extremely talented at helping people at whatever level they choose to work. He has helped me with everything from a sore shoulder to understanding the impact my past has had on my life and the way I carry stress. Paul Kulpinski is simply the best massage therapist operating in Flagstaff. In the last 13 years I have had four total knee replacements and at the same time was holding down a physically stressful job with the USPS and I am in the fifty (now over sixty) age group. I could not have continued working without the rehabilitative therapy for my knees provided by Paul. He is professional always, knowledgable and has magical powers of touch for healing.

There are few people that I trust as much as Paul! He has helped me through chronic pains in the beginning. Now we work on emotional challenges that cause me pain. I feel safe with Paul and am free to allow those emotions to surface and be done with them. I leave his office always feeling at peace!

I had what I thought what an acute injury that would prohibit me from running for several weeks, perhaps even months…that is, until Paul worked on it! He just smiled and went to town with his amazing healing techniques that instantly brought blood flow back to this region and left me feeling transformed (and FLUID!). I will now be enjoying my first run tomorrow! I highly recommend Paul to anyone who is interested in healing fast (and saving money that may have been spent on a series of other providers).
