Paul is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Arizona. He received his certification in massage from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 1999 where he studied the fundamentals of anatomy, physiology and the application of the primary massage protocols that are the foundation of his work.
His on-going training and experience in relaxation massage modalities, therapeutic massage modalities and energetic bodywork provides him with a comprehensive set of skills from which he can customize an appropriate and effective therapy session for most circumstances.
Additionally, Paul has worked with world class athletes who trained at the Center for High Altitude Training at Northern Arizona University and then received bronze, silver and gold medals in the 2000 Summer Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia and the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, Greece.
Educating his clients is a large part of Paul’s practice. He regularly provides wellness tips to help people develop and maintain control over their health. You can also hear Paul each Wednesday morning on the radio as part of the Wellness Wednesday segment with Malone in the Morning at 100.1 FM.
Paul also holds a B.F.A. from New York University which he earned in 1987. He and his wife, Theresa have made Flagstaff their home since 1989 where they are joyfully rearing their two children. He and his family have involved themselves in numerous Flagstaff community and civic organizations. He is currently an elected member of the Flagstaff Unified School District Governing Board.
