Lisa Viada, LMT

Lisa is a licensed massage therapist by the State of Arizona and the Federation of State Massage Therapy Board (FSMTB). Having studied at Arizona School of Integrated Studies (ASIS) in Flagstaff, AZ, she has become well versed in multiple styles of massage. These techniques include, but are not limited to, Connective Tissue, Swedish, Reflexology, Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Passive and Active stretching.   Lisa is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

Her clients will experience customized massage therapy tailored to their needs.  Lisa understands that comfort is the beginning to the process of healing.  For this reason, she places a high priority on creating an environment in which her clients can achieve the highest state of comfort and security.  Into her sessions, Lisa brings her innate ability for compassion, intuition, and attunement to the mind, body and spirit.

Lisa has raised her family, of two children, in Flagstaff and has strong community ties. She is a former personal fitness trainer, hospice care worker, and volunteered for Flagstaff Little League in 2009, 2010 and 2011. She also has a strong knowledge of holistic nutrition.


Massage Therapy

Woman Receiving MassageLisa offers customized massage therapy tailored to the specific needs you are experiencing on the day of your session for relaxation or rehabilitation. Your therapist may incorporate modalities such as connective tissue work, Swedish massage, Reflexology, neuromuscular therapy (NMT), proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), and passive/active stretching into your session.

Session lengths & rates:
1/2 Hour – $45.
1 Hour – $65.
1 1/2 Hours – $90.
2 Hours – $115.


Add-On Service: Hydrotherapy Bath

Woman resting in hydrotherapy bathThe Hydrotherapy Tub is a single person jetted tub, filled exclusively for your session, in a private room. The water and solitude help you emotionally decompress from the stress of the day. The heat and circulation of the water also begin to loosen tight muscles before the start of your treatment. The combined effect is a level of relaxation that makes your body treatment more enjoyable and effective.

This is a 1/2 hour add-on to a primary massage or bodywork session. $15.
