Mountain Waves Healing Arts is pleased to partner with Coconino County to provide on-site corporate style massage therapy to county employees. This page will provide you with guidance on how to utilize this benefit.
Mountain Waves will have one of our licensed massage therapists at the three county office locations listed below once per month between the hours of 11am and 1pm.
- 3rd Thursday of Each Month at the King Street office in the Health Ed/WIC
- 4th Wednesday of Each Month at the County Attorney’s Office, 110 E. Cherry St.
Appointments are available in 15 minute increments and can be pre-scheduled through our on-line scheduler. The cost for a session is $15 per each 15 minute session. Payment is required at the time of your session. We can accept your HSA card for payment!
Session requests for employees who have not pre-scheduled an appointment will be offered the next vacant time slot based on availability and on a first come first served basis.
Instructions for using the on-line scheduler:
1. Click on the link above.
2. Log-in or if this is your first time, create a user profile.
3. From your account profile screen, click on the “Appointments” tab at the upper right.
4. Select “Corporate Service” under the prompt: What are You Looking for?
5. Select your session length and the other parameters for your session and click “Search”
6. Choose from the list of available appointments. If there are no available appointments that match your search, you may also choose to be added to the Waiting List - (click the “Request Waitlist” button at the top of the screen).
Appointment cancellation policy:
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so we may offer your appointment to someone else. Appointment cancellations requested with less than 24 hours notice may be charged a late cancellation fee.
If you are late or do not show for your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, full payment for the length of session you scheduled is required.
