All I can say is thank you so much Reilly Alexander for how you helped me. I have been working at a new job & do not have a drop down keyboard & so my left arm has been taken a beating “so to speak”. I had lost the ability to raise my arm up over my head due to the strain it is under at work using the keyboard all day. After telling Reilly about the pain in my arm she went to work right away with her therapeutic massage & it was wonderful! I could actually raise my arm above my head & had began right away to get the full range of motion with my arm. I have been doing the simple stretching exercises that Reilly recommended & it really has helped. Thank you so much Reilly for your help, I will continue to come for more therapeutic massages because you make me feel so much better & I am able to do my job under the conditions I am currently working.

The massage I received at MWHA was fantastic. Sara was kind and thoughtful and took every step to make the appointment everything that I wanted. She has great hands and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to have a great massage experience. I can't wait for my next one!

Reilly is wonderful! She is really in tune with how our body systems work and how to guide them to better function. She is responsive to your needs and her personal experience has given her the depth and skills to address your own pain and discomfort issues. I felt wonderful after my first session and promptly booked four more sessions.

in past years i have benefitted from yoga classes each summer when i visited Flagstaff. this is the first time i scheduled a massage w. Paul K.and i feel certain i will do that as a matter of habit in succeeding summers. i enjoyed the mini-interview pre-massage, especially appreciated the scented oil used during the massage and the blissful state i was in post-massage

Thanks for the recommendations shared on your own blog. One more thing I would like to express is that fat loss is not exactly about going on a dietary fads and trying to reduce as much weight as you can in a few days. The most effective way in losing weight is by consuming it slowly and gradually and following some basic suggestions which can allow you to make the most from a attempt to shed pounds. You may recognize and already be following many of these tips, yet reinforcing expertise never does any damage.

I've had two massage therapy sessions with Jennifer Korsten recently and she is wonderful! She really listened to me and remembered my sore places, my prior surgeries, and what I had come in for. She is very strong for such a little person. She exudes a lot of warmth & healing. And this woman know her massage! I will be staying with her.

Dear Paul, I hope your theory is proved correct. It is very interesting and feels so good to stretch! I wondered also if there are certain times in life when we stretch to help our skin fit our skeleton? Children growing taller, and people getting fatter. I don't know, but our little dog loves to stretch!
Also, side note, when my kids were little and going through a 'clumsy' faze, i'd tell them it's just their body, arms or legs and feet getting bigger!
Regards

One thing I'd like to touch upon is that fat burning plan fast is possible by the appropriate diet and exercise. Someone's size not simply affects appearance, but also the quality of life. Self-esteem, depressive disorder, health risks, and physical capabilities are afflicted in weight gain. It is possible to just make everything right and still gain. In such a circumstance, a problem may be the primary cause. While an excessive amount of food but not enough exercise are usually responsible, common medical conditions and widespread prescriptions might greatly enhance size. Thx for your post right here.

You've made a quality website around the notion of promoting a organic way of life. You certainly have emphasized the point that no matter what your personal exercise program involves, whether it be running, hiking, biking or even team sports. It is desireable to develop a plan that suits your lifestyle. The end game is to build a framework for the long haul. The race is not a sprint, but marathon over time... I definetely concur.
