Coconino County Employees

Mountain Waves Healing Arts is pleased to partner with Coconino County to provide on-site corporate style massage therapy to county employees.  This page will provide you with guidance on how to utilize this benefit.

Mountain Waves will have one of our licensed massage therapists at the three county office locations listed below once per month between the hours of 11am and 1pm.

• 2nd Wednesday of Each Month at the King Street office in the Walnut Room

• 3rd Wednesday of Each Month at the Sheriff's office in the Admin Conference Room

• 4th Wednesday of Each Month at the Courthouse in Conference Room 1-1

Appointments are available in 15 minute increments and can be pre-scheduled through our on-line scheduler.  The cost for a session is $15 per each 15 minute session.  Payment is required at the time of your session.  We can accept your HSA card for payment!

** For your privacy and safety, we no longer require or retain your credit card information in our scheduling system.  If you wish to pay for your session with your HSA account or credit card, please bring your card with you at the time of your appointment. 

Session requests for employees who have not pre-scheduled an appointment will be offered the next vacant time slot based on availability and on a first come first served basis.

Instructions for using the on-line scheduler:

1. Click on the link above to open the scheduler web page.
2. On the left side of the screen, select the service "Coconino County Employee On-Site Massage" in the Appointment Locators drop down menu.
3. Select the available therapist in the next drop down menu.
4. Select the date of the Wednesday you desire, keeping in mind the location you wish to receive your session (see the above listing)
5. Select the start time of your appointment in the box on the right side of the page.
6. If you are a returning user to the scheduler, enter your log-in and password.  If this is your first time scheduling with us, fill in the information in the fields under "First Time Users".
7. Enter any special instructions you might like to give us.  You may skip the "coupon code" field. 
8. Click "Finalize Appointment".

Appointment cancellation policy:

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so we may offer your appointment to someone else.  Appointment cancellations requested with less than 24 hours notice may be charged a late cancellation fee. 

If you are late or do not show for your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, full payment for the length of session you scheduled is required.  When finalizing your reservation, you authorize us to charge your credit card for the amount of your appointment if you fail to arrive for your session.
